STAFF
- It is continuosly trained
- It uses the PPE according to his task
- It is subjected to temperature control at each entrance to the hotel
COMMON AREAS
- Sanitizer gel dispensers are at Guests disposal
- They are cleaned and sanitized frequently, paying particular attention to the points of greatest contact such as handles, buttons, etc.
- There are signs with small rules to be followed
- Cooling and heating system filters are constantly monitored and cleaned
RECEPTION
- The reception desk is equipped with plexiglass barrier
- Key cards are sanitized at each departure
ROOMS
- At each check out they are sanitized with specific products, paying more attention to surfaces and objects more manipulated such as remote control, telephone, handles
- The linen used has UNI EN 14065 certification
- Cooling and heating system filters are constantly monitored and cleaned
FOOD SERVICES
- Bars are equipped with plexiglass barrier
- In all our restaurants is guaranteed the distance required by law among the tables
- Each guest has the possibility to choose the table that will be assigned to exclusive use for the duration of the stay
- Breakfast is guaranteed with several buffet positions shielded by plexiglass barriers, each attended by a waiter, equipped with mask and gloves, which will meet the requests of the Guest
- Panoramic Restaurant provides table service from appetizer to dessert with daily menu
- Fico d’India is open from 12:30 to 15:30 with 4 shifts of 45 minutes each, by reservation only
BEACH AND SWIMMING POOL
- Beach towels are sanitized daily
- Each sun umbrella occupies an area of 4m x 4.5 m
- The equipment of the beach is sanitized daily and at any change of Guest
- The walkway is 1 metre wide and has a directional indication
- Toilets and showers are sanitized several times a day
- The chlorine level in the pool is controlled with a higher frequency
ENTERTAINMENT
The evening musical entertainment activities are carried out respecting the social distance between the tables. Each table is sanitized at each reuse.
